Every horse has a story.
No two horses arrive with the same experiences, challenges, or goals. Some come to develop a stronger foundation. Others are recovering from injury, compensatory movement, or years of physical and emotional patterns.
While every journey looks different, they all have one thing in common: lasting change happens when we take the time to understand the whole horse.
These stories are shared by the people who experienced that journey alongside their horses.

From Mystic & Arya's Owner
Lauren's business name truly describes her philosophy. She believes in finding synergy with every horse she works with, whether they're an untouched youngster or a horse carrying years of difficult experiences.
When I adopted Mystic, I was misled about his background and training, and I did not fully understand what he had been through. What I did know was that he deserved the best possible chance to become a safe, happy horse.
Lauren used every tool available to help him. She discovered that he loved liberty work and truly thrived when he had the freedom to move, think, and participate. There was still an underlying issue we could not completely move past, but she never forced him into a timeline or treated his difficulty as disobedience.
When it became clear that riding wasn't what Mystic needed, she helped me make the difficult decision to let him simply be a horse. He was given the space to mature, enjoy being a horse, and continue as a ground-based liberty partner.
Lauren also helped me find my heart horse, Arya. Arya was only with Lauren for a few months, but the change was incredible. She came home a confident trail horse with a strong liberty foundation, and a clear love for her people. She has such a spark, and I cannot wait to see where the journey takes all of us.
I struggled with many hard decisions, and Lauren was always there to help me consider what was truly best for each horse. She never made the goal more important than the horse.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Mystic
Integrated Training & Rehabilitation
Starting Point:
Mystic was a four-year-old Arabian gelding who was highly reactive, difficult to catch, uncomfortable with touch, and would bolt at the first opportunity.
The Approach:
Through liberty work, thoughtful progression, and an individualized rehabilitation plan, Mystic was given the freedom to think, express his flight response, and learn that participating was his choice, not something forced upon him.
Arya
Young Horse Development
Starting Point:
Arya was a six-year-old Arabian mare rescued from a kill pen. She had very little handling, didn't understand pressure, and was uncomfortable being touched behind her withers.
The Approach:
Her foundation focused on building trust, confidence, and understanding through patient and progressive training.
From Shutdown to Confident
Chap
Integrated Training & Rehabilitation
Starting Point:
Chap, a Friesian/Paint cross, had a difficult introduction to traditional training that left him shut down, lacking confidence,
and disconnected from both his body and his work.
The Approach:
Over six months, Chap followed an individualized development program that combined thoughtful training, functional movement, nutrition, and whole-horse support to help him rebuild confidence while developing strength, coordination, and understanding.
From Chap's Owner
Chap had a really rough start with traditional training methods that turned him into a robotic, shut-down horse with very little confidence. I tried my best to help him using a gentler approach, but as someone raising young children and bringing along my first young horse, I simply didn't have the experience or the time to give him everything he needed.
Finding Lauren was such a relief because her philosophy matched exactly what I had been hoping to find.
Over the six months Chap was with her, he gained confidence, learned to carry himself at all three gaits under saddle, developed better control of his body, built an incredible amount of muscle, and discovered the joy of liberty work.
What impressed me most was that Lauren looked beyond the training itself. She made sure Chap received regular hoof care, bodywork, and nutritional support, always considering what would help him feel and perform his best.
Sending Chap to Lauren was one of the best decisions I could have made for him. She didn't just teach him new skills. She helped him become a more confident horse.
I would trust her with any horse I own.

Building Confidence Together
Tabitha
Young Horse Development
Starting Point:
Tabitha was a young Quarter Horse mare beginning her under-saddle education. Her owner wanted a thoughtful, confidence-building start that would prepare both horse and rider for the future.
The Approach:
Over four months, Tabitha developed a solid foundation through whole-horse support and progressive training while her owner was given the knowledge and confidence to continue that development at home.
From Tabitha's Owner
I am so happy with the work Lauren did with Tabitha. She spent four months with her to begin her riding career, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Lauren took wonderful care of Tabitha, making sure she received regular hoof care and chiropractic support while keeping me updated with photos and videos throughout the program.
One of the things I appreciated most was that Lauren didn't just train my horse. She taught me how to continue the work at home so I could maintain Tabitha's foundation, conditioning, and our relationship.
Tabitha is my first young horse, so it meant a great deal that Lauren made sure both of us felt relaxed and confident before we went home.
She is kind, honest, consistent, and sets clear expectations. I truly couldn't have asked for a better start for my horse.

Supporting the Horse Through Every Season
Hal
Nutrition Consultation
Starting Point:
Hal, an Arabian gelding, has faced multiple serious health challenges, including EPM and a rare kidney condition that required hospitalization. Throughout each chapter, his owner wanted to make sure every aspect of his care, including nutrition, was supporting his recovery and long-term well-being.
The Approach:
A forage-based diet, individualized nutritional guidance, and targeted supplementation were used alongside veterinary care to support Hal's changing needs and help create the best possible environment for healing.
From Hal's Owner
Hal isn't just my horse, he's my family. He's carried me through some of the darkest seasons of my life, and caring for him has always meant doing everything I can to give him the best chance to thrive. The last few years of Hal’s health journey have been a roller coaster, but today, Hal is thriving.
After his battle with EPM, Lauren helped me look beyond calories and start thinking about nutrition as part of his recovery. We transitioned Hal to an anti-inflammatory forage-based diet and adjusted his supplementation to better support what his body had been through. Making that kind of change had always felt overwhelming to me, and I assumed it would be expensive. Instead, Lauren helped make it budget conscious, manageable, and easy to understand. She broke everything down in a way that made the transition feel very doable. The changes in his body condition were remarkable, and over the next couple of months, he really started to look and feel like himself again.
When Hal later developed a rare kidney condition that required an extended stay at the veterinary hospital, Lauren helped me adjust his nutrition based on what he needed during that time. We changed his supplements, and I prepared individual packets for the veterinary team so his nutritional support could continue alongside the medical care he was receiving. His veterinarian was genuinely impressed be how much thought had been put into his supplements and how well the plan worked alongside everything he understood medically about Hal’s condition.
I think one of the things Lauren is best at is being able to see the small details while still looking at the big picture. She considers everything that is connected, where the horse is now, what they have been through, where we are trying to go, and what real-life strategies can actually help us get there. She is also willing to work with what my life realistically looks like. The horse always comes first, but she understands that the owner matters too, and that a plan has to make sense in real life if it is going to be sustainable. She helps find that healthy balance without ever losing sight of what is best for the horse.
What I appreciate most is that Lauren has never treated nutrition as a one-size-fits-all plan. She takes the time to look at the whole horse, considers what's happening in that moment, and helps me make thoughtful decisions that support both his health and his quality of life.
Hal has taught me that healing isn't about finding one magic answer. It's about showing up every day, paying attention to the little things, and giving them every opportunity to succeed. Having Lauren as part of Hal's team has given me confidence that his nutrition is supporting him through every season we face together.

Faheed
Wellness Intensive
Starting Point:
Faheed wasn't injured or recovering from a specific problem. He and his owner compete in endurance and she wanted to support his long-term health, movement, and performance by helping him use his body as efficiently and comfortably as possible before issues developed.
The Approach:
During a two-week Wellness Intensive, Faheed received individualized training, functional movement work, nervous system support, bodywork, and a personalized plan for continuing his development at home.
From Faheed's Owner
My boy is home!
I picked up Faheed after his two-week Wellness Intensive with Lauren, and we spent hours going over notes, discussing what she found, and practicing hands-on techniques. We have lots of homework!
The entire experience was incredibly eye-opening. Lauren is so thoughtful and patient, and I can't recommend her program enough.
The before-and-after photos from just two weeks are unbelievable.
What I appreciate most is that Faheed wasn't injured. I simply want him to function at a high level and use his body the best way possible. Over the past few years, I've been searching for professionals and approaches that support that goal rather than waiting for something to go wrong.
I'm so grateful for the team of equine professionals who work together to help my horses thrive, and Lauren has become an important part of that team.
I'm excited to continue building on everything we learned.

From Evaluation to Rehabilitation
Dinar
Wellness Intensive → Integrated Training & Rehabilitation
Starting Point:
Dinar arrived for a two-week Wellness Intensive to evaluate long-standing movement restrictions that were limiting his comfort and performance. As his body began to change, it became clear that while he was making excellent progress, he would benefit from additional time to address deeper compensatory patterns.
The Approach:
After completing the Wellness Intensive, Dinar's stay was extended by two weeks, allowing his program to transition naturally into Integrated Training & Rehabilitation. Over the course of a month, we combined functional movement, nervous system support, and rehabilitation with collaboration from his chiropractor, farrier, saddle fitter, craniosacral therapist, and dental care team to address the whole horse and create lasting change.
From Dinar’s Owner
I can't say enough good things about the rehab and bodywork Lauren did with my performance gelding, Dinar. When we started, he was holding a huge amount of tension through his poll, jaw, and brachiocephalic muscles, and had old scar tissue near his left shoulder that was limiting him from even lifting through his withers. Lauren also identified a ribcage deviation that had been quietly compensating through his whole topline for who knows how long.
Over the course of our sessions, I watched him go from guarded and stuck in flexion to genuinely mobile — his ribcage came back into balance, his shoulders and pelvis lined up, and for the first time he was able to stand square and comfortably engage through his hind end. The difference in how he uses his hindquarters now is remarkable; he's so much stronger back there and able to actually sit and push into collection instead of just bracing through it.
What impressed me just as much was how thorough and collaborative Lauren was. She coordinated with a chiropractor, flagged dental and hoof issues that needed attention, and connected us with a farrier, a saddle fitter, and a CST practitioner to make sure the progress would stick. This isn't a quick fix approach; it's a real, whole-horse rehabilitation, and Dinar was a different, better horse for it. I recommend her without hesitation to anyone serious about their horse's soundness and performance.
