Putting It Into Practice
Understanding the principles is only the beginning. Knowledge becomes meaningful when it changes the way we care for the horse in front of us.
Each horse brings a unique history, strengths, and challenges. There is rarely a single explanation or a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, these case studies explore how anatomy, physiology, nutrition, functional movement, and the nervous system come together to guide thoughtful decision-making.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes, these stories walk through the process of observation, assessment, and development. They illustrate how understanding the whole horse influences the choices we make and how small, intentional changes can shape long-term outcomes.
My hope is that these examples help bridge the gap between theory and practice, giving you a clearer understanding of not only what I do, but why I do it and perhaps helping you see your own horse through a different lens.
