Meet Lauren

Trainer first. Lifelong student. Always curious.

Helping horses has never been about finding one right answer. It's been about asking better questions.

My Philosophy

Every horse I've worked with has reinforced one simple truth:

Horses don't experience training, nutrition, movement, posture, and environment as separate things.

Neither should we.

Continuing Education

I regularly continue my studies in anatomy, neuroscience, movement science, nutrition, physiology, and equine behavior because every horse teaches me something new, and I believe learning is one of the most important responsibilities of a professional.

  • BTMM Apprentice Trainer

  • Equine Hanna Somatics Educator Level 2 (EHS-E)

  • Equine Craniosacral Therapy Level 3

  • Equine Massage Certification with Therasage EMC

  • Advanced Certified Equine Functional Nutrition Practitioner (CEFNP)

  • Advanced Anatomy Workshop with Lorre Mueller

  • Functional Anatomy Course with Jillian Kreinbring

Working Collaboratively

I believe in collaborating with veterinarians, farriers, dentists, saddle fitters, and other practitioners because no one person sees every piece of the puzzle.

Meet My Herd

My greatest teachers have never been the horses that made everything easy. They've been the horses that kept presenting me with questions I couldn't yet answer.
